Summer Alumni Festival 2009 Archive

Nonstop hosted the Summer Alumni Festival from June 18-21 as the best way for you to reconnect with your fellow alumni, update and inform yourself on the future of Antioch College and engage with the Nonstop community.

More than 75 Antioch College alumni and Friends of Nonstop came to browse the Alternative Libraries, attend Alumni Board meetings (also in Yellow Springs the same weekend), take a walk in the Glen and get a taste of the academic innovation and experimentation Nonstop has embodied these past months.

The Summer Alumni Festival was a self-supported event apart from the Nonstop program budget and required registration and payment of a $50.00 participation fee. Surplus funds (after all of the event costs have been covered) will be applied to rent, utilities and filing costs for the 501(c)3 filing.

Disclaimer: The Nonstop Summer Alumni Festival was not a project of the Antioch College Alumni Association. It is distinct from the Antioch College Alumni Reunion happening October 2-4, 2009 and is not intended as a replacement for the traditional summer Antioch Reunion. The Nonstop Liberal Arts Institute Executive Council (Excil) has charged a diverse and representative committee to organize this festival with the hope of engaging our many supporters to come help celebrate the work that has been accomplished by Nonstop this past year. The Nonstop Institute was a project of the College Revival Fund.

Thank you for your continued support!
