Here is the latest on housing for Spring. Some of the rentals are negotiable, as well as whether smoking or pets are allowed. Most landlords require a deposit, too.

Bob Baldwin, 767-9290: (2) 1-br apts available on Woodrow St. Also a large house on Lincoln Ct. available for 3 or 4 students. No smoking or burning allowed in any of Bob’s properties, but pets are usually ok.
